Pursuant to the Nevada Public Records Act, I hereby request the following records:
All emails sent and/or received to/from Sheriff Dan Coverly from July 23rd, 2020 to August 2nd, 2020. Emails should include all metadata (title, to, from, etc), the body (or message) of the email, and any attachments for each email.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 5 business days, as the statute requires.

Your request has been completed and due to the large amount of data I am sending/mailing you a thumb drive with the information requested on it. It should be mailed out today, August 21, 2020.
Eight of the emails during the requested timeframe were withheld because they contain confidential and sensitive law enforcement investigation, tactical, intelligence, and/or protected emergency response information under applicable portions of Nevada law including NRS Chapter 239C and Donrey v. Bradshaw, 106 Nev. 630 (1990).
