---Milwaukee Police Sergeant Vickie Gagliano
---Milwaukee Police Lieutenant Thomas Welch

---Any other Milwaukee Police Department Employee who sent/received an email or attachment Jason Steven Jankowski or Investigation #162180075 between the dates of July 01, 2016 through May 10, 2020

Upon information and belief, the email accounts for the above identified Milwaukee Police Department employees contain emails & email attachments relating to Jason S. Jankowski and/or Milwaukee Police Department Investigation Number 162180075. As such, a search of these employees’ email accounts will produce records responsive to this request. Under Wisconsin law, I am requesting that records responsive to this request (emails & attachments) be provided to myself in hard copy as well as the opportunity to inspect them in their electronic format on your servers & make electronic copies of said records. Thank you.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

*CLARIFICATION TO OPEN RECORDS REQUEST*

To Whom It May Concern:

Please consider this message to be a clarification to this open records request. This request seeks all emails specified above regardless of whether the emails had been deleted by the aforementioned Milwaukee Police Department employees. The Milwaukee Police Department is required to preserve and retain all emails in accordance with the Wisconsin Open Records law and Department's Retention Schedule. Because the Milwaukee Police Department is mandated to preserve and retain all emails, including deleted emails, any emails that may have been deleted by any individual MPD employee from their MPD email account inbox are still accessible Department's technology department. Therefore, this request is seeking all emails & attachments sent/received by the above listed individuals that said individuals may have been deleted from their MPD email accounts. In order to avoid any confusion, an example of this clarification and the emails sought is as follows:

"If Milwaukee Police Officer Andrew Wagner deleted an email from his MPD account that he sent/received that related to MPD Investigation #162180075/Jason Steven Jankowski, then I am requesting that the Milwaukee Police Department produce copies of said deleted emails/attachments as they are still in the possession of MPD and accessible by the Department's Office of Technology."
