In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

To Whom It May Concern:
I wanted to follow up on the following California Public Records Act request, copied below, and originally submitted on Nov. 9, 2018. Please let me know when I can expect to receive a response.
Thanks for your help, and let me know if further clarification is needed.
On November 14, I received a records request from you (attached). Since it relates to police work, I forwarded it to the Milpitas Police Dept. for a response. Below you show a date of Nov. 9 but I did not receive any letter/email from you on that date.
Final date that Police Dept. staff should respond to the records request is Saturday, November 24. Clearly, City offices are closed on that Saturday date, so by Monday, November 26. You may hear back sooner if there are no records in response.
Milpitas City Clerk
Greetings Mr. Harris,
Please see the attachment in response to your request.
Thanks so much for your help with this request! I really appreciate it.
