Pursuant to Open Public Records Act ("OPRA"), I hereby request the following records:
Please provide Police Crash Investigation reports for dates 2.1.2018 to 2.15.2018.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees for searching or copying these records, please inform me if the cost will exceed one hundred dollars ($200.00), no authorization is needed for cost below $200.00 and will be paid at time of completion of request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not. If paper copies are the only option, then that is suitable.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 7 business days, as the statute requires.
