Ms. Costo -

We are continuing to work to resolve the request that you've submitted. We have encountered some issues as many of the staff that would have been charged with compiling some of the studies requested are unavailable due to the Coronavirus outbreak. We have not been able to have the majority of our staff on campus since noon on March 19th. Under the circumstances, we will need additional time.

Please feel free to reach out with additional questions.

Good afternoon, Ms. Costo -

We are still operating under Executive Orders which have kept the majority of our employee base off campus due to the Coronavirus pandemic. We are hopeful that these restrictions will be lifted soon, and that our employees will be in a position to respond to the request. I will provide you an update no later than July 23rd as to the status of your request, and will certainly respond sooner if we are in a position to fulfill it.

Good morning -

The College is in receipt of your request. As you are likely aware, the College is currently operating remotely due to the COVID-19 public health emergency. Consistent with other public agencies, we are encountering difficulties responding to Public Records requests within the typical timeframe. We would request an extension on this request to September 30, 2020 to allow our staff time to coordinate and provide the information to meet your query. Personnel continue to be off campus that we will need to work with to provide your information, as an initial cursory review has not been able to locate materials within your request.

Please feel free to reach out with any questions.
