To Whom It May Concern:

Pursuant to the Massachusetts Public Records Law, I hereby request the following records:

I am seeking a copy of the 11-page complaint I faxed to your office of Special Prosecutions on May 29, 2018,
regarding former US presidential candidater Jeb Bush faking a college degree and what I believe is
his on-going violation of MA law, Chapter 266, Section 89, prohibiting a person from faking a degree,
as he is constantly publicly speaking in this area while advertising a college degree I believe does not exist.

I am also seeking any response you may have issued which I did not receive.

Here is the MA law I cited in my faxed complaint: https://malegislature.gov/Laws/GeneralLaws/PartIV/TitleI/Chapter266/Section89
Attached is the fax cover sheet.

Again, I am also seeking any official response to my faxed complaint, as I have received no response to date. However,
since the time I faxed you, I have been severely harassed in numerous ways, so I am wondering if this on-going harassment
against me is retaliation for me having lawfully filed this criminal complaint with your office against a person named Bush.

My local police dept emailed me that a district attorney's office (I sent to your office in Middlesex and the Suffolk DA)
should in fact respond to my faxed complaint:

Ms. Alyn,

A complaint of this nature would not start here at the Lexington
Police Department. It is out of both the department's and district
court's jurisdiction. I appreciate you sending us a copy of your
complaint. I wish you the best of luck.

Sincerely,

Michael A. McLean, FBI NA 258

I still think this complaint is valid, true, and
should be investigated and prosecuted against Jeb Bush in MA by your office
as per the cited MA law. (I also think his father is involved in this, and Jeb Buhs's degree
was faked to help in his father's 1988 and 1992 presidential campaigns, so with 2016,
that is actually 3 presidential campaigns where Jeb Bush was faking a college degree -
as well as in 3 FL governor races - 1994, 1998 and 2002). I think it is long past time
that someone in law enforcement stop them from always getting away with this if
indeed my allegations are correct. I notice Jeb Bush went on tv this past June 2018
and asserted he took a year's worth of CLEP tests, but the University of Texas
was not accepting CLEP scores in 1971 is my understanding from research.

Please respond by sending the complaint and
your response if any to MuckRock.

I also request that, if appropriate, fees be waived as we believe this request is in the public interest, as suggested but not stipulated by the recommendations of the Massachusetts Supervisor of Public Records. The requested documents will be made available to the general public free of charge as part of the public information service at MuckRock.com, processed by a representative of the news media/press and is made in the process of news gathering and not for commercial usage.

I expect the request to be filled in an accessible format, including for screen readers, which provide text-to-speech for persons unable to read print. Files that are not accessible to screen readers include, for example, .pdf image files as well as physical documents.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 10 business days, as the statute requires.

Sincerely,

Susan A.
