Pursuant to the Michigan Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:
For a background investigation, I am looking to get the police report where I was interviewed in relation to the death investigation at 5050 Bolla Rd. My name is Katherine Vargo, but I believe the name written down by the detective was under "Katie". I do not have a case number. I was interviewed on 8/29/2020.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
