I am requesting all communications, emails, text messages, and recordings connected to the probable cause arrested that was prevented my Major Guerrero and family on April 24, 2020 for Katherine Jo Ruiz DOB 4/09/1976. This includes the burner phone by the suppression team, Detective Jorge Castillo calls and text messages as well as phone records. I also am requesting all conversations text message, phone records and calls recorded by the department in regards to Katherine Jo Ruiz. This includes the Chief Clements, De La Espriella, Eric Garcia, Raul Aguliar, Mark Fishman, Dan Gelber, Patrick Henry, Lester Reginald, CSI Pedroso, Major Guerrero, AJ Prieto, and Detective Han.
I am requesting all calls, emails, text messages and communications dealing with Katherine Jo Ruiz.
I am requesting all case reports, arrests reports, and investigations with Katherine Jo Ruiz.
I am requesting all communications of arrest of Tracy Trevor Varner for a probation violation that was called in by Katherine Jo Ruiz
I am requesting all communication including text messages, emails and phone records between CSI unit and the detective unit ion regards to Katherine Jo Ruiz.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
