Pricing, evaluation, vendor responses, and current contract for the Red Light photo enforcement RFP #2019-093-JC which was released 4/20/19.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Please be advised that if the nature and/or volume of the public records requested to be inspected, examined or copied requires extensive use of information technology resources and/or extensive clerical or supervisory assistance by City personnel, you will be required to pay a service charge for the costs incurred for such extensive use of resources and/or assistance. The City will charge 15 cents for each copy provided, as well as for extensive labor costs (labor exceeding 30 minutes) involved in the responding to the records request.
Note that your Public Records Request has been assigned PRR #19914 and IT PRR# (not applicable) .

Good afternoon,
I am in receipt of your public records request. I will have the requested items available for mailing or for pickup by 10:00 AM, tomorrow morning. Due to email size restrictions, I am unable to email the items. I am, however, happy to prepare and mail a CD-ROM; or, you may come by our office and pick up the CD. The address is in my signature line below. Please let me know which you prefer.
Additionally, no contract exists pursuant to RFP 2019-093-JC. We are currently within the Best and Final Offer ("BAFO") period of the solicitation process. An award recommendation is anticipated at either the January 2020 or February 2020 commission meeting.
There is a $2.00 fee for the CD. No other fees apply.
