- retired or fired date

If you believe any of these fields are exempt from public disclosure we ask that you cite the specific provision.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Hi Enide Bellamy,

I am following up on the phone call we just had. Record request was an answering service without a human at the end. I left a message. I am making a reasonable effort to retrieve the records I requested from Miami PD. I would like the age of officers or the year of birth of officers. These data are not exempt from public disclosure. Year of birth may be produced by redacting the month and day of officer birth. You are required to provide partial records in the case that full records are exempt.

I would like to resolve this issue without escalating it, but Miami PD has been unresponsive to my request. Please acknowledge the receipt of this notice.
