From: Sibylla Phipps
To Whom It May Concern:
Pursuant to the Florida Sunshine Law, I hereby request the following records:
On the 19th November 1991, Billy Alexander was charged with the murder of radio journalists Jean-Claude Olivier and Fritz Dor. The murders took place in Little Haiti, Miami-Dade County, Florida.
Hitler Fleurinord was charged with driving the car used for the drive-by shooting. Moses Durosier was in the car the night Olivier was killed. Moses Durosier later agreed to wear a listening device while discussing the murders with Hitler Fleurinord. During the conversation, Hitler Fleurinord said he and Billy Alexander had been paid $5,000 for killing Olivier and $2,000 for killing D’Or.
I am requesting all police documents relating to the murder of Fritz D’Or including the audio recording of the conversation between Hitler Fleurinord and Moses Durosier under the Freedom of Information Act.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 10 business days.
Sincerely,
Sibylla Phipps
