Pursuant to the Florida Sunshine Law, I hereby request the following records:
A list of the following all fire personnel who have been employed by the Department from 2010 to 2021. Including but not limited to the following information:
- first name
- last name
- middle name
- sex
- date of birth
- hired date
- fired or retirement date
- race
- position
- salary
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 10 business days.

Once you create your request, the system will automatically create a request # for you. Please use that request number on the subject line and follow up with Lt. Juan Llanes at jllanes@miamigov.com<mailto:jllanes@miamigov.com> as he is the individual that handles these types of request.
