PRR DA Minors

With regard to the PRR request, I apoologize for not getting back to you sooner. We have one person in our office capable of running these repoerts and she has been engaged in another extensive PRA along with her regular duties. If possible I would like to request an extension to February 10, 2023. That will give our personnel time to run the reports, pull documents and have them reviewed by me.

Please let me know if this is agreeable. I appreciate your consideration. Please do not hesitate to contact me as needed.

Attached are the county's responsive records. Some redactions have been made based on the privacy interests of the affected "subject" persons. This is in accordance with California Government Code sections 7927.700 (unwarranted invasion of personal privacy that does not shed light on the agency's performance of its duty; see also Caldecott v. Superior Court (2015) 243 Cal.App.4th 212), 7927.705 (disclosure protected by state law, i.e., Cal. Const. Art 1, sec 1), and 7922.000 (private interest in privacy clearly outweighs the public interest).

The enclosed represents all disclosable documents in the County's possession and no records are being withheld pertaining to a claim of exemption or privilege.
