Pursuant to the California Public Records Act (California Government Code ยงยง 6250), I hereby request the following records:

Lease leaseback agreements under California Education Code Section 17406 since Jan. 1, 2003 to the date of the request, specifically copies of Site Leases and Lease Agreements between school districts and contractors and/or construction companies.

This includes agreements with the Public Property Financing Corporation of California or similar non-profit organizations.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 10 calendar days, as the statute requires.

I have attached the documentation that you requested regarding the Lease-Leaseback construction contracts. Our District received an 2nd request from you dated July 10, 2018. Please verify that you received this email and that these documents satisfy your records request. I originally emailed these documents to you on October 27, 2017, I apologize if you did not receive the information after the first request.
