2. All civilian complaints reported from 2008-2018, including the names of the officers involved, allegations made, race and gender of the complainant and officers involved, disposition of the complaint and any discipline imposed as a result.
3. All records related to civil settlements paid out as a result of the conduct or other actions of Memphis police officers from 2008-2018.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

The City received a public records request from you on 10/18/2018. Your request mentioned “Pursuant to the Tennessee Public Records Act, I hereby request the following records:
1. All uses of force reported from 2008-2018, including the names of the officers involved, types of force used, race and gender of the subject and officers involved, disposition of any internal review/investigation and any discipline imposed as a result where relevant.
2. All civilian complaints reported from 2008-2018, including the names of the officers involved, allegations made, race and gender of the complainant and officers involved, disposition of the complaint and any discipline imposed as a result.
3. All records related to civil settlements paid out as a result of the conduct or other actions of Memphis police officers from 2008-2018.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 7 business days, as the statute requires.
