Any signed and or excuted employment contracts/ agreements/letters between University of Memphis and Katrinia Martinez.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

Our Tennessee public records statute, Tenn. Code Ann. ยง 10-7-503, limits access to public records to Tennessee citizens. The relevant language reads: "All state, county and municipal records shall at all times during business hours ..., be open for personal inspection by any citizen of Tennessee ...." Id. at subsec. (2)(a).
