Pursuant to the Tennessee Public Records Act, I hereby request the following records:
Any athletic department budget for the fiscal year 2020-2021.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 7 business days, as the statute requires.

In order to fulfill your request, you will need to provide proof of Tennessee residency. Please see the public records statue below.
Your request was forwarded to the University's Office of Legal Counsel. Our Tennessee public records statute, Tenn. Code Ann. § 10-7-503, limits access to public records to Tennessee citizens. The relevant language reads: "All state, county and municipal records shall at all times during business hours ..., be open for personal inspection by any citizen of Tennessee ...." Id. at subsec. (2)(a).
