The requested documents will be made available to the general public free of charge as part of the public information service at MuckRock.com, processed by a representative of the news media/press and is made in the process of news gathering and not for commercial usage.

The response did not include the requested text messages. Can you please provide an update on that portion of the request? When might we expect a response with those items?

In addition, may I request this same information within an earlier timeline -- specifically, from January 1, 2015, to December 31, 2018? If this requires me to file another separate FOIA request, please notify me promptly and I will follow your suggested process.

My initial request was made October 2, 2019, and the first response I received was not sent until November 27, 2019, long outside the statutory 10 days. If any additional information requests will require an extended timeline, may I receive a response notifying me to that effect going forward? My hope is to receive this information within 10 business days, as the statute requires.
