Sheriff's off duty deputies guard construction TxDot

To Whom It May Concern:

Pursuant to the Texas Public Information Act, I hereby request the following records:

Names and dates of security for construction companies, or the Texas Department of Transportation by off duty Sheriff's Department, including names, pay stubs, time sheets or other proof of time and employment of off duty deputies.
Names and dates of security, and names and dates of the construction companies.
Names of deputies, dates of off duty private security, at any and all banks in McLennan County.
Names and dates of use of Sheriff's vehicles for off duty Deputies used in security.

This is to include all papers and time sheets and checks.

Name of deputy in charge of assigning off duty officers to duties.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

This request is for off duty and on duty officers that work security for Weber Construction and TxDot, it is for all deputies. I know deputies work security for TxDot, am I not wording this correctly or do we need to go for clarification with the AG???

This includes Weber Construction and TxDot. You get invoices and the deputies get paid via Weber construction. This should go through the Sheriff's department, it doesn't go through the auditor's office SO who mails out the checks, who gets the invoices from TxDot and Weber??
