Pursuant to the Texas Public Information Act, I hereby request the following records:
The jail shuck on one Richard Coke Mills, for his days in the jail for a plea bargain on a DWI. Mr. Mills is from McLennan County and was living on Austin Avenue at the time. The records should include all files concerning the infirmary and solitary confinement. Mr. Mills date of birth is January 10, 1971.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 10 business days, as the statute requires.

Please verify what you mean by shuck sheet? All booking shuck pages were
released in the previous request, and he hasn't been rearrested since that
request, so if there's something new that you're looking for out of the old
files, please let me know exactly what it is so I can look for it
specifically.

I have received NOTHING on Richard Mills. A shuck sheet is a history of his jail stay. Where he was, any handwritten notes in his file at the jail, just like Sherre's shuck sheet which you sent, just on Richard Coke Mills. I will pay, if you say i got one, send me another one, I'll pay but I got nothing on Richard Coke Mills' stay in the mclennan county jail.
He was in jail for several days.............................

I have sent Richard Mills info to you on three different occasions. At this
point we'll add it to a disk and you can pick it up for a 1 dollar fee for
the disk. I don't know why it isn't coming through on your end, but the disk
is ready here at the Sheriff's Office for pick up at anytime with a one
dollar fee. Please bring as close to one dollar as possible because we do
not keep change for big bills. We also accept checks and money orders, but
not cards of any time.

They refuse to show me where they have sent me this shuck sheet on Richard Mills. It is because the shuck sheet contains things they do not want me to see. I am willing to pay and they still do not want to cough it up. Now I will get someone else to send it............they don't want me to have it.
Please help me.

Per your request to "show you where" I have sent you a copy of the "sent'
list of my email under your exact email address for this request, framing
the attachments, and dates that those were sent to this email address. As
stated before though, since these emails not going through with the
attachments for whatever reason, there is a disk ready for pickup here for 1
dollar for Richard Mills.

decided to release one charge on the criminal history and none of his
