Pursuant to the Texas Public Information Act, I hereby request the following records:
All records from the March 12th. arrest of Sherre Whitney Johnston at the home of Truman Simons, including narrative, and all officers films and dash cams, body cams etc.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 10 business days, as the statute requires.

The McLennan County Sheriff's department is the only one in the State without Body cams, see House Bill 929, there are no body cams, THIS is why the Sheriff did not take the lead or any part in the security of Donald TRUMP last week. NO BODY CAMS. The reason is that his girfriend, Sherree Johston see Sherre Johnston/ Muckrock for her entire criminal record and recent prison adventure. She had TEN DWI's and just finally got prosecuted on two of them, in all of them SHE ASKS FOR PARNELL OUR SHERIFF OVER AND OVER AGAIN on the body cams because it's other agencies, NOW, I have asked for the dash cams of her last felony burglary of her other now dead boyfriend's house, and they don't want me to have them because they implicate the sheriff. THE WHOLE TOWN KNOWS THIS and if you look at the DPS record of SHERRE JOHNSTON you will see numerous burglaries, unlawful gun carrying, DWI's and other things that the Sheriff and the DA's get her off of, including THIS NEW DA who is obviousy the Sheriff's "boy" and knows what's on the tapes and must defend the Sheriff. Get real here. Send this to Ken Paxton.

Bernadette Feazell:
Our office received two faxes last week which appear either to be from you, or reference requests you made to our office some time ago. The communications appear to seek an update of records requests relating to a Sherree Johnson, which would have been made to our office under the previous administration. The information in the faxes includes what look like responses indicating that the requested information concerned matters relating to then-current investigations.
We looked through our records and could not determine anything definite. We simply cannot identify anything relating to the original requests.
We would be happy to respond to a resubmitted request clearly defining what it is you are seeking. What you have sent reflects a "two-sided" conversation between you and our office, and we simply can't find the other half of the communications. A fresh request would definitely assist our understanding.
