McLennan County Administrator Justin Chapman

To Whom It May Concern:

Pursuant to the Texas Public Information Act, I hereby request the following records:

Number and names of all pseudo files kept at the McLennan County Sheriff's office. Names of the Deputies who keep them, including those managed by Deputy Hitch. Including pseudo files on James, Jim Parks, of Clifton Texas containing a visit to Parks house in another county by Hitch and January in December of 2019. This was asked for before under Jim Parks, the incident happened, and no files for Parks, therefore I must assume there is a pseudo file.
Critieria for pseudo files and names of lawsuits requiring pseudo files both civil and criminal.
Pseudo file for Brad Sharp, since one does not exist under his name and yet he and Ashley went to MCSO one must assume there exists a pseudo file since the incident happened.
Handbook, Law Citation, and letters from attorneys with knowlege of this pseudo file system and guidelines.
Names of all deputies with access to the pseudo files.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
