To Whom It May Concern:
I wanted to follow up on the following Texas Public Information Act request, copied below, and originally submitted on Dec. 19, 2020. Please let me know when I can expect to receive a response.
Thanks for your help, and let me know if further clarification is needed.

Good afternoon,
Your request has been received and is being processed.
Please be advised that the College will be closed for winter break from December 21, 2020 through January 3, 2021. The College will also be working with skeleton crews as follows: (1) December 14, 2020 through December 18, 2020; and (2) January 4, 2021 through January 8, 2021. The Texas Attorney General does not count skeleton crew days observed by a governmental body as business days for the purpose of calculating deadlines under the Texas Public Information Act. Therefore, the College's processing and response to open records requests that are received while the College is operating with a skeleton crew may not be completed within the normal deadlines provided under the Texas Public Information Act. The College will, in good faith, attempt to promptly process requests where staff are able to access records. Documents will be provided to requestors when all requested records are available, and any costs are estimated and paid in accordance with the Texas Public Information Act. Where staff cannot access records, the request will be processed once personnel are able to access the requested records or the College returns to full staffing.
Warm regards,
