Pursuant to the Oklahoma Open Records Act, I hereby request the following records:
All police records, call logs and/or reports generated since January 1, 2011 pertaining to any incidents that occurred at the satellite Narconon facility located at 1500 South George Nigh Expressway, McAlester, OK 74501. This facility is known to operate under the following business names:
Narconon of Oklahoma
Narconon Mcalester
Narconon Medical Detox Treatment Center
Arrowhead Medical Detox Treatment Center
Arrowhead Medical Detox
Narconon Arrowhead Detox
I also request that, if appropriate, fees be waived as I believe this request is in the public interest due to the fact the press reported that this satellite rehab facility lost its state certification in August of 2013 yet they continue to advertise their medical detox services on a national level:

Additionally, the requested documents will be made available to the general public free of charge as part of the public information service at MuckRock.com, and is not being made for commercial usage.
