Hi Maureen,

Hope you're doing well and had a good weekend. This request was filed a while ago, but I don't think it was ever responded to, in regards to documents citing specific solar experience of executives in EOHED during 2007, when the Evergreen Solar investments were made.

I was wondering if you could update me on the status of this?

If this was covered in a previous release and I'm mistaken, please let me know.

Thanks for your help!

- Michael

I am including Adam Forkner, another attorney in our office, on this email. I believe we did respond to this request as part of your other ones during that time but Adam will confirm.
