To Whom It May Concern:

I am appealing a denial of access to public records. On March 9, 2011, I filed a request for:

All bill comments, or e-mails analyzing the impact of S. 2585 (Ch 288 of 2010), or any eariler version of the bill including S. 2447/H4915/H4914/S2437, on the small business community or analysis of alternatives diccussed during the formation of the bill.

I filed this request with the Executive Office of Health and Human Services of Massachusetts. My request is now past due by four months, and I believe this constitutes an improper denial of access to public records.

I have enclosed the communications between myself and the Executive Office of Health and Human Services of Massachusetts.

Sincerely,

Michael Morisy
