Hello,
I am very sorry for the delay in getting back to you. We conducted a thorough search (which proved to be a bit more timely than anticipated) regarding your request and did not find any correspondence between the Department and the Governor's office that included discussions pertaining to the naming of James Bryant and Stuart Sadick as a selection for the 2006 Adoptive Parents of the Year.
Again, my apologies for the delay.
