Pursuant to the Massachusetts Public Records Law, I hereby request the following records:

Please provide a copy of the Section 12 Involuntary Psychiatric Hold warrant, any written affidavit, police report, police logs, all documentation and mental health forms at Quincy Police Department surrounding the false-arrest and transport in a Brewster EMS ambulance to Carney Hospital, Dorchester, of :Ramola :Dharmaraj, journalist and writer, on April 14, 2022, including all information surrounding the false-claim made by the woman at 153 Pine Street who I understand called QPD (or whoever did), and all information recorded at QPD regarding this extended Section 12 Psych Hold at Carney Hospital which lasted 6 days, from April 14 to April 19, 2022.

This is a media request made in the public interest, all information will be reported publicly at journalistic outlets, and I request all fees be waived.
