A copy of the police log for the period beginning on January 15, 2015 and ending on February 1, 2015.

In the event that fees cannot be waived, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

To Whom It May Concern,

I request clarification on the cost breakdown you provided.

First, I would like to confirm that the lowest-paid staff qualified to conduct the search and segregation is being quoted in the estimate.

Also, I would like clarification as to why legal council is required to review such a routine document.

Please provide clarification and advise me as to whether this fee estimate may be reduced or waived.

Sincerely,
Emily
