Hi Eva,
Just checking back in with you on progress for your request below ... We are still working to finalize your request and will need a few more days to complete the task. We have two large files that will need to be placed on a thumb drive and mailed to you. When those files are placed into the mail, I will e-mail you to let you know that they are on the way. Or, if you would prefer to do a file review at our Northeast Regional Office in Wilmington, we can also set that up and make those files available to you there. Let me know if you'd prefer the file review option.
Thanks,
Ed Coletta

Hi Eva,
MassDEP has two sets of documents for you to answer your request below on the Muddy River project: attached are electronic copies of e-mails related to the project; and coming to you on a disc through the U.S. Postal Service are two copies of Notices of Intent sent to the City of Boston and the Town of Brookline concerning the project. The Notices of Intent are very large documents with numerous attachments, maps, etc., and we were unable to send those electronically, so the disc is being mailed to you at the Somerville address that you listed below (see yellow highlight). Let me know if you have any questions on this information or need anything else from us.

Thank you,
Ed Coletta
