In the event that fees cannot be waived, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Dear Ms. Lipton,

We are providing you, at no charge, a list of all current licensed KENO agents and their addresses, along with the date each retailer became a licensed Lottery agent. This is being provided in our customary manner by PDF format in the email attachment.

For your future convenience, I wanted you to know that all of this information, with the exception of the date of licensure, is available on our website at To view, look to the right of the map, under “Lists of Agents” and next to “All Lottery Agents,” and click on “View” or “Download PDF.” There is a column that notes whether or not the agent offers KENO or KENO-To-Go. Those noted as “KENO” have monitors in their locations. Those noted as “KENO-To-Go” sell KENO tickets, but do not have monitors at their locations.
