In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 10 business days, as the statute requires.

Sarika,
I am responding to your public records request. Thank you for your patience as we searched for the documents you requests. The health plan handbooks are the records that contain information about gender affirming care.
Here are the links to the current handbooks:
https://www.mass.gov/info-details/gic-non-medicare-health-insurance-products
https://www.mass.gov/info-details/gic-medicare-health-insurance-products
I'm attaching the remaining handbooks that you asked for to emails, however, I will need to send multiple emails. I called you last week to try and see how you'd like them to be sent because putting them on a flash drive would be much easier than emails. I never heard back, so I'm trying to just send in this manner in order to get you the documents as soon as possible.
Thanks,
Rachelle
