To Whom It May Concern:
Pursuant to the Massachusetts Public Records Law, M.G.L. c.66, §10, I hereby request copies of all electronic communications sent to or from any University of Massachusetts Amherst email account (umass.edu) between April 1, 2015 and March 29, 2016, inclusive, where at least one of following criteria is true:
A. the exact phrase "Ultimate Exposures" (without the quotes and not case-sensitive) appears anywhere in the email, including body, To, From, Subject, CC, BCC, or searchable attachment(s); OR
B. the exact phrase "Holly Freedman" (without quotes and not case-sensitive) appears anywhere in the email, including body, To, From, Subject, CC, BCC, or searchable attachment(s); OR
C. the exact phrase "Brittney Ens" (without quotes and not case-sensitive) appears anywhere in the email, including body, To, From, Subject, CC, BCC, or searchable attachment(s); OR
D. the exact phrase "ultimateexposures.com" (without the quotes and not case-sensitive) appears anywhere in the email, including body, To, From, Subject, CC, BCC, or searchable attachment(s).
I would prefer this request be filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not. Additionally, please include all attachments and embedded images that accompany these emails, even if those elements are saved in a non-accessible format, such as .JPG, .GIF, or .PDF image files. With that in mind, however, please do not convert any text within these emails into a non-accessible format.
I recognize that you may charge reasonable costs for personnel time needed to comply with this request. If you expect costs to exceed $50.00 (fifty US dollars), please provide a detailed fee estimate.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 10 calendar days, as the statute requires.
