Followed up on phone with Massachusetts Technology Collaborative, which indicated that the requests had most likely been forwarded to Massachusetts Clean Energy Center. The operator said that the Renewable Energy Trust, which was in charge of the Evergreen Solar grants, had been transferred (along with related documents) from MTC to MCEC about a year ago.
