I request all email communication between and among the DOC, DCAMM, EOPSS, and the Governor’s Office from August 1, 2020 to October 31, 2020 regarding Bay State Correctional Facility.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Dear Public Records Division,

I would like to file an appeal for a public records request to the Department of Corrections. As you can see from the history of this request on Muckrock (https://www.muckrock.com/foi/massachusetts-1/emails-relating-to-bay-state-correctional-facility-aug-oct-department-of-correction-106444), I requested the following records on 8 January 2021 but have not had any response from the DOC.
