Pursuant to the Massachusetts Public Records Law, I hereby request the following records:
Any email communication regarding sanitary, water and health concerns at South Bay Detention Center at 20 Bradston Street, that includes all employees of the Departments of Public Health and Environmental Protection between 2017 and present (2019). I also request any corrective plan and efforts made as a result of community sanitation inspection reports dated April 3, 2019 (https://www.mass.gov/files/documents/2019/05/20/451-19-Suffolk-Boston-HOC-Report-4-3-19.pdf) and April 12, 2018 (https://www.mass.gov/files/documents/2018/12/13/451-18-suffolk-boston-hoc-report-4-12-18.pdf) and November 5, 2018 (https://www.mass.gov/files/documents/2018/12/13/451-18-suffolk-boston-hoc-report-11-5-18_0.pdf).
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Here is a final response for your public records request ...
After a reasonable search of its files and data bases, MassDEP has determined that there are no records responsive to your request. Staff has suggested that you might want to reach out to the Boston Water and Sewer Commissioner and the Boston Health Commission to see if they would have records responsive to your request. If you have any further questions, please let me know.
