To Whom It May Concern:

Pursuant to the Massachusetts Public Records Law, M.G.L. c.66, ยง10, I hereby request the following records:

Copies of all data and documents submitted by the Bristol County District Attorney's Office to the MDAA for the purposes of compiling the MDAA's annual asset forfeiture reports for the years 2007- 2013. Specifically, I am looking for further breakdowns of the asset forfeiture funds deposited and received each year by the various agencies under the Bristol County District Attorney's oversight.

I also request that all fees be waived as I am a journalist -- employed by the Boston Globe and MuckRock -- and I intend to use any pertinent information i receive as a result of this request to educate the public.

I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 10 calendar days, as the statute requires.
