This office is in the process of identifying and consolidating records that may be responsive to your request, and will contact you shortly. In addition, the response may contain a statement of costs associated with complying with your request, pursuant to the Public Records Law, section 7(26) of Chapter 4 and section 10 of Chapter 66 of the General Laws of Massachusetts. If, however, the cost of responding to your request may exceed ten dollars, including the cost of copies at twenty cents per page, the office will notify you of the estimated cost and will request payment prior to proceeding further in accordance with 950 CMR 32.06(2). Finally, please note that this search does not cover records that may be in the custody of any other department or office subject to the Public Records Law, as a request to inspect or copy any such records must be made directly to that department or office.

Thank you for your cooperation.

Very truly yours,
