Annie Dookhan parole board application, letters of support and decision

To Whom It May Concern:

Pursuant to the Massachusetts Public Records Law, I hereby request the following records:

- The Parole Board's meeting minutes and decision regarding its granting of parole to Annie Dookhan in spring 2016
- All parole applications filed by Annie Dookhan
- All letters/recommendations filed to the Parole Board regarding Dookhan's parole application

As I am making this request in my capacity as a professional reporter who has covered the drug lab scandals extensively for multiple media outlets, I ask that all fees be waived.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
