The Department of Public Safety and Correctional Services (DPSCS) has
received your request for information under the Maryland Public Information
Act (PIA), Maryland Annotated Code, General Provisions Article(GPA), §4-101
through 4-601. In your letter, you requested the following:
1. 2012-2017 Incarcerations for prostitution, pimping, forced slavery, sex
trafficking and human trafficking.
Please see the attached document responsive to your request.
Pursuant to GP § 4-203(c)(1)(i)(4), I am required to inform you of the
remedies available for review. You may seek resolution of a dispute under
GP § 4-1B-04. You may also seek judicial review under GP § 4-362.
