I am writing to inform you that your request will not be completed within 10 days; however, it should be completed within the 30 required by law.

Furthermore, I am writing to ask if summary reports that provide a good amount of information are acceptable or do you wish to receive each document? The summary reports can be provided free of charge; however, the documents will be charged at 10 cents a sheet and all additional time to scan and submit. Please let me know what you prefer.
