Hi,

Can you please limit this request to all email communications between the Judiciary and the software vendor that builds Case Search (I believe to be Tyler Technologies) within the last year that include one or more of the following case-insensitive keywords:

- "scraping"
- "reCAPTCHA"
- "Case Harvester" (or "CaseHarvester")
- "Open Justice Baltimore"

This should produce far fewer results that can be reviewed.

thank you,
Dan Staples

Good afternoon,

The Maryland Judiciary is still processing whether or not your request can be fulfilled. At this time, we request an extension to continue processing.

Also, the CaseSearch function you mention was built in house, meaning there is no vendor. For clarification, would you like us to proceed with the initial search?

Thank you,

Hello,

This is a follow up email from the one sent on 11/10/21 (shown below).

Please let us know if you approve an extension and please clarify if you would like us to proceed with the initial search with the understanding there is no external vendor for the CaseSearch function.

Thank you,

Sorry I missed your previous email. Yes an extension is fine and if the feature was developed in-house then just internal emails would work.

thanks,
