Pursuant to the Maryland Public Information Act, I hereby request the following records:

Full case documentation and autopsy report for Cedric Gilmore (DOB 11/2/64) who died in policy custody on June 7,2004. This should include, but not be limited to; police response report, CAD data from 911 call, autopsy report, witness statements, etc. Reference case number 04-03786.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 10 calendar days, as the statute requires.

Cedric Gilmore. Although autopsy reports are public, other documents in the
case file are a medical record that can only be released in response to a
subpoena or court order,

I have attached an autopsy report request form for your convenience.

Pursuant to GP §4-203(c)(1)(i)4, I must inform you of all remedies
available for your review. You may seek direct judicial review under GP §
4-362. You may refer any concerns about this decision to Lisa Kershner,
