I, Marilyn E. Howard hereby request under MPIA any data collection activities inconjunction with (MCAC) Maryland Coordination Analysis Center, (ATAC) Maryland Antiterrorism Advisory Council, (SAR) Suspicious Activity Reporting and Fusion Center coordinated sharing and intelligence gathering with state and local agencies together with law enforcement partnership with public health (MEDAVAC) PREVENTING TERRORISM,  COUNTERING VIOLENT EXTREMISTS GROUPS AND INDIVIDUALS AND CRIME PREVENTION PROGRAMS).

Please provide relating to me any and all documents, video, photos, audios, and voice recordings of any daily activities. Any and all court orders, warrants, summons, supeanos NSL, police daily logs, police notes, ground and aerial surveillance including (SPYCOPTER AND USE OF SURVEILLANCE PLANES) intelligence gathering of all speech communications and electronic communications, iPhone, smart phones, cell phones and computers.

Please provide any and all multi jurisdictional coordinated efforts and data collection activities within Baltimore City, Baltimore County, Howard County, Montgomery County, and Prince Georges County.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

To Whomever It May Concern:

I request an appeal of your continued denial of records regarding threat analysis assessment, crime prevention and intelligence/gathering activities conducted within Baltimore County in collaboration with federal and other local jurisdictions within the parameters of the state of Maryland including border law enforcement agencies within Washington, DC and Virginia.

As you are the lead law enforcement and investigatory agency for the state of Maryland over all local police agencies. You have a duty and obligation to the taxpayers of Maryland to conduct fair and impartial investigations of any and all complaints concerning local police agencies within the state of Maryland.

It has been documented by civil rights and civil liberties groups that you have conducted in the past surveillance intelligence gathering activities which to unlawfully spied upon peace groups and activists throughout state of Maryland in surrounding cities and counties.
