MART POLICE DEPARTMENT, ANIMAL CITATIONS

To Whom It May Concern:

Pursuant to the Texas Public Information Act, I hereby request the following records:

All citations regarding animals, both dogs and cats, along with any other animals, horses, sheep, etc., from 2019 to the present.
Number of times the police department has been called to the home of Colleen Lewis at 220 North Commerce Street, Mart, Texas.
Names and numbers of ALL cat citations given in Mart, Texas from 2019 to the present.
Number and amounts of those citations paid from 2019 to the present.
Number of animal cases pending at the DA's office from 2019 to the present.
Number of times the Mart Police Department has been called to the Melvin home across from Colleen Lewis from 2019 to the present.
Any and all written citations, or warnings written to either the Melvin family and also to Colleen Lewis.
Total amount of monies made by animal citations to the City of Mart.
Total amount of traffic citations monies made for the city of Mart by the PD from 2019 to the present.
Any and all memos, emails, inter office memos, body cam footage or dash cam footage of altercations or calls to 220 commerce Street home of Colleen Lewis.
