Public reports state that vaccine distribution is being done on a platform called Eventbrite.

Therefore, I hereby request the following records:

1) Any and all contracts or agreements with Eventbrite for vaccine rollout logistics.

2) Any and all emails mentioning "Eventbrite" sent between December 21 and the time this request is processed (please exclude confirmation emails).

3) Any cybersecurity analysis for this vaccine rollout.

4) Any and all emails between Department of Health officials and Eventbrite employees

5) Any presentations about the vaccine rollout that mention Eventbrite or digital ticketing solutions.

Please try to include any other miscellaneous documents that facilitate this department's vaccine rollout with regard to its digital ticketing.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes. It will be used in the course of reporting for Motherboard, VICE’s science and technology website (www.motherboard.vice.com).
