Pursuant to the Florida Sunshine Law, I hereby request the following records:
I am seeking access to any and all bodycam footage related to the following incident:
Incident# 2301220136/Case# 23001556
I am particularly interested in obtaining any footage captured by the body-worn cameras of officers or deputies who responded to the incident.
As a member of the public, I believe that I have a right to access these records under the Florida Public Records Law. Therefore, I request that you provide access to the requested records as soon as possible and within the statutory time frame of 10 business days.
I am also requesting that you waive any fees associated with this request, as I am a member of the public and this request is being made for a public purpose.
I understand that your agency may charge a fee for the actual cost of duplication or retrieval of records, but I respectfully request that you waive any such fees in the interest of transparency and public access.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
