To Whom It May Concern:
Pursuant to the Ohio Open Records Law, I hereby request the following records:
Information related to the current bulk fuel contracts (gasoline, diesel, etc.). Documents would include; RFP that was used for current contract, Bid tabulations, Award, amendments and estimated annual usage. If a fuel contract does not exist, please provide County fuel purchasing procedures.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I would request your response within ten (10) business days.
Marion Area Transit is a department of the City of Marion and we purchase our fuel from them. I have attached the 2017 YTD usage and pricing of our fuel. These also serve as our monthly invoices.
