From: Rev. Marie B. Tracy, M.Div.

Good morning, Deputy Counsel Gershow.

I am following up on the County's document requesting a 14 day extension, sent 9 September 2020. Please note that the PRA request submitted to the Sheriff's Department includes questions unique to the Sheriff's Department and the one SRO assigned to the 32 unincorporated schools in Marin County, which distinguishes it from the separate requests made to the Board of Supervisors and Probation Department. In particular, please note that this request specifies the time frame from 2015-2020.

Of course, we understand that, under California law, the County and/or Sheriff's department is not required to produce any new documents to respond to our request.

Thank you,
Rev. Tracy
