Pursuant to the California Public Records Act, I hereby request the following records:
Monthly reports to the Sheriff regarding inmate population as described in Marin County Sheriff’s Office Custody Manual Policy 500 Population Management, section 500.3 and 500.4 for the past 36 months.
I also request copies of Inmate Grievance Forms filed during the past 36 months as described in Marin County Sheriff’s Office Custody Manual Policy 609 Inmate Grievances redacted of personal identifying information and recorded as described in Policy 205 Inmate Records section 205.3. in the Corrections Management System (CMS).
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 10 calendar days, as the statute requires.
